BNW-F201 Outdoor non-expansion steel structure fireproof coating is made of special fireproof and heat-insulating materials, inorganic binders and flame retardant and fireproof additives. The coating is non-toxic, non-polluting, non-irritating, non-corrosive, and non-asbestos, and is an environmentally friendly coating. It can achieve fire protection. The fire resistance time can reach 1.50 h -3.00 h according to different grades.
Scope of application It is suitable for fire protection projects of outdoor load-bearing steel structures, such as chemical equipment, large factories and venues, high-rise buildings, cable trays, and fire protection projects of outdoor steel structures such as petrochemical, metallurgy, residential buildings, and airports. The coating has low thermal conductivity, good weather resistance, strong anti-oxidation and powdering ability. The coating forms a high-density glaze layer when it encounters fire, which is both heat-insulating and resistant to further oxidation, making its fire resistance limit more than 3.0 hours, and it also has sound absorption and noise reduction effects at ordinary times. The coating has low density: it can increase the effective load capacity of steel components. 3. Transportation, packaging, and storage: 1. Transportation: Outdoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant coatings must be protected from rain and moisture during transportation and storage. When the fire retardant coating is solidified and agglomerated, it must not be used, the coating is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and non-hazardous, and can be transported by all types of transportation. 2. Packaging: Each barrel is packaged in woven bags or kraft paper, 20~25kg per bag. 3. Storage: Store at 5-38℃, prevent rain, sun exposure, and moisture. It needs to be stored in a dry and ventilated room. 4. Storage period: 6 months.
